Whether you prefer one-on-one coaching or duo training, both options are available! My approach is rooted in full-body strength training, but I can also incorporate cardio and high-intensity elements when suited to your goals. The aim is to stimulate progressive overload while building up the intensity safely and gradually. If you have injuries there is a good chance we can work around them and if you have specific instructions from a physio therapist or practitioner, we can incorporate those as well.
I also offer nutritional guidance, drawing from my own experience of overcoming obesity. No matter your age, gender, or fitness background—if you’re looking for a fun and safe way to improve your health, I’m here to help!

Coaching Plans

SOLO TRAINING
This is one-on-one personal training, fully customized to your level and goals. Every client follows a personalized program, regularly adjusted to stimulate progress while keeping sessions fun and challenging. We focus on proper technique, posture, and movement quality to ensure effective and safe training. To achieve meaningful results, a minimum of two sessions per week is recommended. A discounted rate is available when training twice or more per week. If training once per week is your preference, that’s possible – but for real progress, it’s highly encouraged to supplement your training with additional sessions at a commercial gym, following the program from our sessions.

DUO TRAINING
Train together for motivation, accountability, and shared progress—and of course, split the cost! Whether you bring your partner, friend, neighbour, sibling, or colleague, duo training is a great way to stay committed and push each other toward your goals. No need to worry if you and your training partner have different fitness levels or strengths—each session is adapted to your individual needs. We will assess your compatibility during the trial lesson to ensure that both of you get the most out of the training. Duo training adds a fun and social element while keeping sessions structured, effective, and goal-oriented.

NUTRITION COACHING
This service is available as an add-on for Raise That Bar clients. Instead of just focusing on weight loss, we prioritize fat loss while preserving muscle mass. Since scale weight fluctuates due to various factors, we also track progress using an advanced body composition scale at the start, middle, and end of your journey. To make progress measurable, we take before-and-after photos and body measurements. A typical dieting phase lasts 12-14 weeks, followed by a 6-week maintenance phase to help you sustain your results. You’ll get personalized calorie and macronutrient targets, along with guidance on food choices and weekly weigh-ins. Keeping a food diary and logging your meals is essential for success. When you come in for training, we’ll also discuss your nutrition progress to keep you on track!

Terms & House Rules
There are no subscriptions – sessions are paid weekly via a business Tikkie, with a 7-day payment term.
A monthly invoice can be provided upon request.
There’s no notice period, but a heads-up is always appreciated if you decide to stop training.
Cancellations are free until the evening before your session; same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
Please use a towel during the session and wear clean indoor shoes.
